Jenny is a partner in the Brisbane office of national Australian law firm Holding Redlich. She is in the property & development group, specialising in the areas of native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage law.
She has provided advice to local governments and government-owned entities for over 30 years on governance, property, native title and cultural heritage issues.
Jenny represents local governments, government corporations, developers, pastoral holders and other public and private entities as respondent parties to the majority of native title claims in Queensland. She also regularly provides advice on the native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage implications of government and private infrastructure projects.
Jenny has specific experience in native title proceedings, native title project advice, Aboriginal cultural heritage project advice, Indigenous land dealings, local government governance advice and local government property dealings.
Jenny has been recognised as a recommended native title lawyer in Queensland in Doyle’s Guide since 2019, and sits on the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s panel of native title lawyers.
