Jeffrey Bookbinder, the founder of Bookbinder Business Law, is one of Botswana’s leading corporate legal advisers. Jeffrey has been a practising attorney for over 29 years and has extensive experience in providing custom advice on rehabilitation, restructuring and insolvency (including sequestration). He has many years of experience representing both creditors and debtors during insolvency/liquidation proceedings. He has provided financial restructuring solutions including schemes of compromise with creditors, restructuring and reorganisations and has experience in drafting petitions for liquidation of medium-sized to large companies, advising liquidators, filing creditor’s claims and representing clients in proving their claims in court.
