James is a construction project manager with over 17 years of construction and engineering industry experience. He has acted as expert witness on 20 occasions on matters of delay and disruption.

James mainly operates from HKA’s Melbourne office and provides expert analysis and support for a broad spectrum of clients on projects ranging from major oil and gas developments, to transport and social infrastructure, and everything in between. He brings a wealth of construction disputes and arbitration experience and has practised across the Middle East, Europe and Australia’s growth markets.

James regularly advises on planning and programming issues on major projects and is often appointed as the commission lead on many of HKA's most complex and technically demanding claims assignments.
