Holly has led a wide variety of transactions involving investment funds, banks, institutional trustees and individuals, in distressed and workout situations. In her capacity as corporate trustee, agent and director of investment vehicles, she has been instrumental in implementing and executing on pioneering innovative investment structures to facilitate complex cross-border restructurings. Admitted in Hong Kong and England, Holly was formerly a litigation lawyer based in Hong Kong specialising in commercial, banking and insolvency litigation. With her prior litigation experience, Holly has headed enforcement proceedings and led inter-creditor and borrower negotiations to maximise recovery value. She also facilitates successful restructurings in complex distressed and workout scenarios.
Holly has been named as one of 20 rising stars in 2016 by Global Restructuring Review and one of 35 prominent female insolvency practitioners in 2017. She is also named as an expert adviser in Who’s Who Legal: Restructuring and Insolvency 2018.
Holly is ex co-chair of the Singapore chapter of the International Women’s Restructuring and Insolvency Network. Holly frequently speaks on industry panels and conferences in Singapore and the region.
