Hikmat Maleh is a senior associate in the litigation department of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He is active in complex criminal and commercial litigation and arbitration, notably white-collar crime and fraud cases in the financial sector. His other areas of practice include internal investigations, employment litigation and sports arbitration.
Hikmat Maleh graduated from the universities of Geneva and Berlin and holds an LLM in international law from the University of Cambridge (2010). He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2013 and joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2014. He speaks English, French, German and Arabic and has a good understanding of Italian and Spanish.
