Graham is a chartered quantity surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a certified quantity surveyor with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He is regularly appointed as the quantum expert for matters determined in formal dispute resolution proceedings.
Graham possesses a wealth of experience from working on a diverse range of projects in the oil and gas, civil infrastructure, petrochemical, mining, residential and power industries. These projects have ranged from capital maintenance schemes to multibillion-dollar, pit to port, debt funded mining projects.
Graham has extensive contract management experience, including: measuring and valuing; claims defence and preparation; procurement; and other related quantity surveying functions.
Graham mainly operates from HKA’s Brisbane office. In the last twelve months, Graham has been appointed to disputes in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. His areas of expertise include the quantification of defective works, the valuation of delay and disruption costs and the quantification of variation and additional work claims.
Graham is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a BSc in quantity surveying and a master’s in construction law.
