Biography

Graham Nunns joined Haberman Ilett, part of Blackrock Expert Services Group, in 2017 and has over 25 years’ experience as a forensic accountant, most of which were at a Big Four firm.  His main area of work is on damages and claims quantification in contractual claims, claims for breach of warranty and shareholder disputes.

Graham’s experience covers a broad spectrum of industry and commerce including disputes concerning electricity generation, steel making, construction, manufacturing, fixed and mobile telephone network operators, IT projects, broadcast media, insurance, financial services and sports disputes.

Graham’s experience covers a wide geography, with clients operating internationally and globally.  He has given expert evidence at trial as well as assisting counsel in preparation for (and during the course of) hearings on a number of occasions.  He has prepared written submissions, assisted with negotiations and made oral representations in cases settled by mediation, arbitration and expert determination.
