Georgina is a leading merger clearance lawyer, with particular experience in acting on merger transactions in concentrated markets across a range of sectors. She also has significant experience in representing clients in ACCC investigations into alleged contraventions of Australian competition and consumer laws, including acting for leniency applicants in cartel matters and for clients in criminal cartel investigations. Georgina regularly advises clients on competition law issues relating to joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as pricing and distribution strategies.
