Gabriele started her immigration practice in the labour department of Baker & McKenzie, Germany, where she built up the firm's German corporate immigration desk for six years before she co-founded Offer & Mastmann. Her comprehensive expertise in German business immigration, which spans more than 18 years, covers all legal aspects of employing foreign personnel and international employee transfers to Germany.
