Perman Advogados Associados is a Brazilian independent boutique law and government affairs firm, located in Brasília. Specialised in multidisciplinary deals, the firm works to translate the Brazilian governament and the legal environment for the benefit of local and foreign clients.
Founded in 2018, Perman Advogados Associados uses innovation to improve relations between the public and private sectors through coordinated activity in public law and government relations. The “Car Wash” scandal brought new challenges for the Brazilian government and regulatory affairs. Facing these changes, the firm´s mission is to promote and facilitate the relations between public and private sectors, thus creating more business opportunities and bringing development and competitiveness to the country. Perman encourage better interaction and dialogue between parties searching for common ground in a transparent, ethical and safe way.
The firm is led by Bruno Perman, who has dedicated the past two decades to improving the dialogue between the public and private sectors. The team is also composed by two other partners: Andrea Hoffmann, who has 18 years of experience in public law and government relations, and Thaís Strozzi, who has 15 years of experience in public and infrastructure law. Bruno is the current president of the Institute of Government Relations, while Andrea and Thaís are members of the Brasília section of the Brazilian ABA. Andrea is former vice president of the section’s regulatory committee, and Thais is president of its airport and air law committee.
They assist clients from various sectors – such as technology, education, civil construction, agribusiness, infrastructure, transportation and aviation – in matters related to government affairs, administrative law, courts of accounts, regulatory law, tax law and litigation.
