Biography

Fanny heads the Dispute Resolution (Litigation and Arbitration) Department of Arias Honduras; she is also in charge of the Labour Department, in which she also has an extensive trajectory.

She is the coordinator of the Administrative, Migration and Regulatory Department of the firm. She has extensive knowledge in government procurement, administrative processes in general, including administrative challenge processes.

She also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial advice, including compliance issues, and also in terms of distribution, representation and agency, as well as related business relationships.

Fanny has a law degree from the Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) with an emphasis on commercial law and a master’s degree in international business law from Barcelona University.

As a probono activity, she is Legal Adviser of the Foundation "UN TECHO PARA MI PAIS", serving as Legal Representative for the country of said Foundation for 10 years and also, the Legal Adviser to the Burnt Child Foundation (FUNDANIQUEM), currently being a member of its Board of Directors.

She currently serves as Vice President of the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA, for its acronym in spanish) in Honduras.
