Eduardo was educated at the University of São Paulo (USP) (Largo de São Francisco), where he obtained a bachelor's degree in law in 2001. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian.
Eduardo is the co-author of Separação, Divórcio e Inventário em Cartório (São Paulo, Quartier Latin, 2008) and “Direito e Infraestrutura” (São Paulo, Saraiva, 2012).
Eduardo is currently a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the Brazil Institute of Corporate Restructuring Studies (IBR), the Turnaround Management Association of Brazil (TMA), a member of the arbitration committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (São Paulo chapter) and a member of the board of the IBDic - Instituto Brasileiro de Direito da Construção (Brazilian Institute of Construction Law).
