Derek Brindle is associate counsel and a member of the alternate dispute resolution, construction and infrastructure group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. His practice has been almost exclusively in construction claims, procurement advice, contracting and dispute resolution on behalf of owners, construction professionals, insurers and design professionals. He is a past president of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and a continuing member of its mediation and arbitration committee. Derek’s practice emphasis is in construction and engineering dispute resolution, acting as mediator and arbitrator.
