Dagmar Dubecka is a well-recognised name across the European market, where she draws praise for her fantastic work on M&A deals.
KSB partner Dagmar Dubecka has been recognized for many years as one of the leading corporate, restructuring and M&A lawyers in the Czech Republic in rankings by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Who's Who Legal. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications on mergers, squeeze-outs, liabilities of members of statutory bodies, and others.
Dagmar has also participated as a speaker and panelist at numerous M&A conferences, most recently at the 8th Annual IBA European Corporate & Private M&A Conference in Paris.
She has been selected several times as one of the most significant businesswomen in the Czech Republic in the prestigious TOP Women of Czech Business poll, most recently in the Business Entrepreneur 2020 category. Dagmar was also included in the list of the Most Significant Female Lawyers of 2020 and is listed in the ranking of the Top 100 women in the Czech-Slovak legal industry in the category of M&A.
As a fluent Italian speaker Dagmar is the head of KSB’s Italian Desk and a member of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is also a member of the Appeals Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Bar Association, a Czech Bar Association permanent representative with the International Bar Association, and a member of the Corporate and M&A Committee with the IBA.
Dagmar has led KSB’s transaction team in many acquisitions, e.g. for Mattoni 1873, Heineken, HeidelbergCement/Českomoravský cement, Nibe, and Skanska.
