Cuyler Robinson has expertise in digital forensics, information security and incident response. He leads complex investigations of trade secret theft, cyber security attacks, white-collar crimes, data privacy incidents and other disruptions that threaten a company’s integrity or value.
Mr Robinson frequently reports his forensic investigation findings to counsel on behalf of company management and boards. He has testified as an expert witness in US state and district courts numerous times. Mr Robinson also has served as a neutral forensic expert, appointed by courts and parties, to supervise and analyse digital evidence.
Mr Robinson is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP), a certified information privacy technologist (CIPT), a GIAC certified forensic analyst (GCFA), and has received extensive training in information security, incident response, data privacy and digital forensics. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is a former co-chair of its Chicago KnowledgeNet chapter. He frequently speaks at industry conferences on forensics and security and has written for publications such as Technology for the Litigator published by the ABA.
