Claudia El Hage is a Lebanese national. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in law from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, and is admitted to practise before the Qatari national courts, and the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre.
Claudia works mostly in construction, contracting, engineering consultancy, corporate, commercial, M&A, property, real estate, arbitration and litigation. She advises international and local firms on their projects in Qatar and all legal aspects pertaining thereto. She has advised and represented clients in litigation, arbitration and annulment recourses in relation to major construction projects in Qatar, such as the Pearl Islands, Qatalum, New Doha International Airport, QRail, Msheireb Properties Projects, public works authority (Ashghal) projects, private engineering office projects and others.
Claudia also advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. Her international law practice provides essential legal counsel to many construction and commercial companies and corporations. She also acts in arbitration, mainly under ICC or QICCA Rules, or in ad hoc proceedings.
Claudia is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
