WGB was established in 2004. It provides particular expertise in dispute resolution in connection with foundations and trusts, banking, finance- and insurance law. The firm is also active in the field of white collar crime, corporate law as well as regulatory law. Recently, WGB has become more active in the field of M&A as foreign investors are more and more interested in the Liechtenstein financial sector. In order to provide excellent solutions to its clients the firm is the Liechtenstein member of Interlaw (www.interlaw.org) an international association of independent lawfirms.
