Christian Roos is a partner and co-head of Pestalozzi's life sciences group. His practice covers corporate/M&A; legal advice on the structuring of activities; contractual arrangements for supply chain and distribution; transactions; mergers and acquisitions; and regulatory legal advice in connection with establishment licences, marketing authorisations, industry-specific permits, import and export, compliance, and vigilance.
Christian Roos graduated from the University of Fribourg in 1990 (lic iur) and then worked as an assistant dealing with EC law in international public law. After spending two years with the law firm van Bael & Bellis in Brussels, he joined the Swiss Federal Office for International Economic Foreign Affairs and was involved in the bilateral negotiations between the EC and Switzerland. He joined Pestalozzi in 1996 and became partner in 2002.
