Chris is an expert forensic planner possessing over 20 years of experience in engineering, building and civil planning, pre-site and site construction planning. This includes preparation and maintenance of programmes for design, procurement, construction and handover, also detailed shutdown planning and coordination. This experience lends to site management prior to moving on to specialising in claim resolution and expert witness roles.
Chris has detailed experience in forensic planning for use in the resolution of disputes involving delay and disruption. He has been appointed as programming expert on many occasions by some of the world largest organisations and has given evidence in litigation and arbitration in a number of jurisdictions.
Chris also gives presentations on contractual programming obligations within various standard forms of contact including FIDIC, JCT and NEC and the application of delay analysis techniques under these standard forms. He has a broad sector experience base but majors in infrastructure, energy and industrial programmes and restoration projects.
In addition to expert and dispute programming appointments Chris has significant experience in project monitoring and administration as well as programme evaluation, drawing on early experience as the project programmer.
