Biography

Catherine is a partner in Van Bael & Bellis’ Brussels office where she heads the litigation department and co-heads the life sciences practice. She specialises in litigation before the Belgian courts with a particular emphasis on life sciences law, distribution law and unfair market practices. As regards life sciences law, she advises clients on a wide range of issues regarding the legislation governing medicines, biotech products, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and related products.
