Audrey is the founder of Lustgarten Global PLC, a boutique firm specialising exclusively in global immigration law. In this capacity, she provides companies with a one-stop source for comprehensive global immigration representation in more than 55 countries around the world. This includes procuring employment visas, work permits, residence permits and business visas for key employees. Her focus is exclusively on global/outbound immigration, rather than US immigration.
Audrey represents companies in a wide variety of industries, including the IT, finance, staffing, manufacturing and energy sectors. She has assisted many clients in developing immigration training materials, global immigration best practices, and compliance programs that reduce the stress of sending employees abroad to work.
Prior to founding Lustgarten Global, Audrey was an attorney and global manager for two of the top international law firms in the world specialising in immigration law. She was also previously a corporate litigator with one of the top 20 full service firms in the US. Audrey graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.
Audrey is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Michigan and serves as a senior advisor to the ABA Section of International Law immigration and naturalisation committee. She is also a past chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s global migration section and is a frequent author and speaker on global immigration topics. A dual US-Canadian citizen, she loves to travel and has enjoyed speaking at immigration conferences throughout the US, as well as in the UK, Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
