Antonio Carbonara is a managing associate and represents clients in domestic and international proceedings, including obtaining and defending against interim measures and injunctions. He further advises and represents clients in complex insolvency-related matters and disputes. Antonio also deals with the freezing of assets and the enforcement of judgments. In addition, he provides strategic and pretrial advice to clients.
His main fields of work include trade and commerce, as well as Real Estate and the finance sector (including insurance).
Antonio Carbonara obtained a law degree from the University of Zurich (lic iur 2003) and obtained an LLM degree from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2017. Before joining Walder Wyss he worked as a law clerk at the Commercial Court of Aargau, as well as head of information of all courts in the Canton of Aargau. Antonio Carbonara regularly publishes in his areas of work. He is also a lecturer at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences.
