Antonietta Melchiorre, a partner of Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon LLP since 2000, has been practising at the firm since her admission to the Bar in 1992. She is also an administrative judge on a part-time basis at the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal, a tribunal that ensures the protection of the public and effective supervision of Quebec’s financial markets. Antonietta is an arbitrator and an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters. She is also a member of the firm’s ethics committee and chairs the firm’s women’s committee.
Since February 2019 she has volunteered on a regular basis at the palliative care unit of Hôpital Marie-Clarac.

She also assists foreign jurisdictions in connection with the obtaining of evidence from witnesses in the Province of Quebec.
