Dr Annett Kuhli has practised law as partner with Kantenwein in Munich since 2003 as part of the commercial dispute resolution team. She is qualified as an attorney-at-law, a tax consultant and a lawyer specialised in tax law.
Annett is fluent in German and English and speaks Russian and Swedish.
Due to her knowledge and experience as a tax consultant, Annett is regularly recommended in arbitral proceedings concerning tax issues and/or disputes about financial or accounting issues. Further, she focuses on disputes with a post-M&A angle as well as disputes with an energy-related background, specifically price adjustments of long-term contracts or warranty claims.
