Andrew Preston is a director at Credibility International. He has more than 10 years’ experience advising clients on matters involving valuation, lost profits, and damages in investor-state arbitrations and international commercial disputes. He has served as a consultant on more than 30 international arbitrations before ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, SCC, and Energy Charter Treaty tribunals in addition to matters before US federal and state courts. Andrew has also offered expert testimony as a party-appointed expert.
Andrew is regularly engaged by clients on matters requiring expertise with business and investment valuation, accounting, finance, and economics. He has experience across a wide range of industries including energy, hospitality, infrastructure concessions, manufacturing, mining, oilfield services, real estate, and telecommunications. Andrew has assisted clients across the globe in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
