Andrew W Preston is a director at Credibility International. He has nearly 15 years’ experience advising clients with investor-state arbitrations, international commercial disputes, and other litigation-related matters. In addition to serving as a party-appointed expert on damages and valuation matters before ad hoc and commercial tribunals, Andrew has also served as a consultant on more than 30 international arbitrations before ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, ICDR/AAA, and ECT tribunals and on matters before US courts and government regulators.
Andrew is regularly engaged by clients on matters requiring expertise with business and investment valuation, accounting, finance, and economics. He has experience across a wide range of industries including energy, hospitality, infrastructure concessions, manufacturing, mining, oilfield services, real estate and telecommunications. Andrew’s clients are in both emerging and developed markets across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
In addition to Andrew’s international arbitration experience, he provides forensic accounting and fraud investigation services on matters involving improper revenue recognition, audit failures, asset misappropriation, insider and improper trading, and commercial disputes.
Andrew holds a Master of Science degree in accountancy from Wake Forest University. He is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner.
