Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has expanded its insurance transactions and regulatory practice with the addition of a 12 strong team from Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Based in New York, Washington DC and London, the team will represent insurance companies, investment banks and other financial institutions in M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters across four continents.
Joining the New York office alongside a team of three, Michael Groll will maintain his practice in corporate and securities law, specifically in public and private securities offerings, M&A and other insurance transactions.
Most recently he represented Aspen Insurance Holdings in its $150 million underwritten public offering of non-cumulative preference shares.
