Rafael Robles Miaja has left Galicia y Robles to establish his own firm in Mexico.
Robles Miaja Abogados has 10 legal staff and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and antitrust as well as mercantile and administrative law.
Robles Miaja says that the new firm will focus on “low-volume, highly sophisticated complex deals” and will expect to work with clients in the banking, retail, infrastructure and financial sectors.
Robles Miaja says his departure from Galicia y Robles was subsequent to “irreconcilable differences”.
