Norton Rose LLP has appointed Mélanie Thill-Tayara as partner and head of its competition, regulatory and EU practice in Paris.
She will join with a team of three lawyers on 1 October.
She has extensive experience representing businesses in the luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and health, motor vehicles, chemicals, publishing and press distribution, staffing services, sports, food, and tourism sectors.
Before Salans, Thill-Tayara had been working as an official of the EC's Directorate for Competition.
