Newly established Hogan Lovells is expanding its London competition practice with the hire of Suyong Kim from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.
Kim will join the team within the next few weeks.
Kim advises on both UK and EU competition law, including multi-jurisdictional mergers and joint ventures, as well as contentious matters such as cartel investigations, market inquiries and damages claims.
She has advised clients from industries including telecoms, energy, media, retail and transport. Most recently she represented Morrisons in the UK Office of Fair Trading’s dairy and tobacco investigations.
“I am very excited about this new opportunity at Hogan Lovells,” says Kim. “I look forward to helping to build the London competition practice and adding to its scale both domestically and internationally with my team.”
Kim appears in The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers & Economists.
