Katherine Adams is the new GC of Honeywell International

Leading technology and manufacturing company Honeywell International has appointed Katherine Adams as senior vice president and general counsel.
This follows the retirement of Peter Kreindler who held the position for more than 17 years.
Adams joined Honeywell in 2003 as vice president and deputy general counsel and most recently acted as general counsel for Honeywell's specialty materials business. In her new role, she is responsible for leading the global legal strategy, health safety and environment, government relations, and compliance programmes for the company's 128,000 employees. Adams will report to Honeywell chairman and chief executive officer Dave Cote.
