Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP has welcomed Jay Kelley as a partner in its energy and infrastructure projects practice in Houston.
Kelley joins from Vinson & Elkins LLP where he was a partner in the business and international section, working on a wide variety of finance and commercial matters with an emphasis on the energy industry.

For over two decades, Kelley has been involved in numerous oil and gas projects and a variety of commercial and financial transactions throughout the world.
He is experienced in petrochemical and renewable power for international energy companies; start-up companies, power producers and marketers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment and commercial banks.
Most recently, Kelley represented a major energy company with respect to the Greenfield development of an LNG terminal in Chile.
