International arbitrator to join Washington and Lee University School of Law

International arbitrator and US scholar Susan Franck will join Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, as an associate professor in August 2008.
Currently an associate professor at the University of Nebraska, Franck teaches courses related to alternative dispute resolution, conflict of laws, international litigation and arbitration. Before joining the University of Nebraska in 2005, Franck was an associate at Wilmer Cutler & Pickering, and a senior associate at Allen & Overy LLP.
She appears in The International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration.
