Heller Ehrman LLP has welcomed William H Barringer, James P Durling and Christopher Dunn to its Washington, DC, office.
All three come from Vinson & Elkins LLP where they worked together for almost 23 years and before that, at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
Collectively, they have considerable experience in defending foreign corporations in anti-dumping, advising governments and businesses on international trade negotiations, countervailing duty and other trade investigations.
The team will be joining Heller's antitrust and trade regulation practice group as shareholders and appear in The International Who's Who of Trade and Customs Lawyers.
