Harman International Industries makes executive appointment

Todd Suko has been appointed the position of vice president, general counsel and secretary of Harman International Industries in Washington, DC.
From 22 September, Suko will oversee all of the company's legal issues working closely with former general counsel Edwin Summers, who has held the position since 1998.
Suko has worked in private practice and corporate legal affairs for nearly 15 years, most recently as vice president, general counsel and secretary for UAP Holding Corporation. He has extensive experience in intellectual property protection, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and restructuring.
For more than 50 years, Harman International has been a global leader in the manufacture of high-quality audio and electronic products for automotive, consumer and professional use.
