Former US state attorney general moves to Cephalon

Cephalon, an international biopharmaceutical company, has named Jerry Pappert as its new executive vice president and general counsel.
Pappert will be responsible for all legal affairs for the company, including litigation, intellectual property and corporate and securities matters. He will serve on the company's executive committee and report directly to chairman and CEO Frank Baldino Jr. Pappert has practised law for 20 years with leading law firms and as state attorney general for the US government.
Headquartered in Frazer, Pennsylvania, Cephalon currently employs approximately 3,000 people in the United States and Europe.
