Leading IP lawyer Gary Moss has joined EIP Patent and Trademark Attorneys in London.
He will head the firm’s newest practice group, EIP Legal, dealing directly with all aspects of intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution with a specific focus on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, telecommunications and information technology.
Moss joins from McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP in London where he headed the intellectual property litigation group.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Moss has become a recognised leader in his field. Experienced in handling large scale domestic and cross-border IP disputes, he has worked for major brands in cases such as Kirin-Amgen v Hoechst Marion Roussel and Research in Motion v Visto Corporation.
