Darryl Marsch is the new general counsel of leading sweet treats retailer

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts has appointed Darryl Marsch as its senior vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary.
He joined the doughnut retailer in May 2007 as vice president and associate general counsel.
Marsch has expertise in commercial litigation, regulatory, M&A, transactional and intellectual property issues. Prior to joining Krispy Kreme, he served as senior counsel at RJ Reynolds Tobacco company and before that, as a litigation and trade regulation partner at Jones Day in Washington DC.
