Cozen O'Connor has hired 30 lawyers from disbanded firm WolfBlock.
The majority of the practitioners will be based in Cozen O'Connor's Philadelphia office.
Prominent real estate lawyers Herman Fala and Henry Miller are among the group and are now members of the firm's business law department. Fala, who was chair of the real estate department at WolfBlock has extensive experience in the management, financing, acquisition, development and franchising of hotels.
Miller, who joins as of counsel, has practised real estate for almost 45 years. He represents developers of shopping centres and major high-rise office buildings, and has extensive experience representing real estate brokers, REITs and developers of industrial buildings and industrial parks.
Both appear in The International Who's Who of Real Estate Lawyers.
