The Brattle Group has added economist Oliver Grawe as a partner in its litigation team in Washington, DC.
Formerly of CapAnalysis, Grawe said he was attracted by the firm’s “commitment to antitrust matters.”
“Brattle is known for its deep expertise and participation in some of the largest antitrust matters of the last decade,” he adds.
With almost 30 years of experience providing economic expertise including 15 years at the Federal Trade Commission, Grawe has participated in reviewing more than 250 mergers and joint ventures in a wide variety of industries, including aerospace, pharmaceuticals, software, and insurance.
Robert Reynolds, head of the consultancy’s antitrust practice, says: “Given the recent increase in our antitrust work, we are excited about this addition to our team, which further enhances our capabilities.”
Grawe is featured in The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers and Economists.
