Budin & Partners welcomes international arbitrator

Nicolas Ulmer has joined Swiss law firm Budin & Partners.
He joins from the Geneva office of Winston & Strawn LLP where he practised international arbitration since 1993 and became co-head of the international arbitration practice in 2005.
Ulmer is a well-known arbitrator and has acted as counsel in over 75 international arbitrations and as arbitrator in over 25 cases. His work has included hotel, energy, infrastructure, construction, investment and shareholder disputes. He also advises clients on international investment and trading matters.
He has acted under major arbitration rules including ICC, Swiss Rules and Ad Hoc.
