Kristin Coleman has returned to the recreational and lifestyle-branding company Brunswick as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
She is based in Lake Forest, Illinois, and replaces Lloyd Chatfield, who is entering private practice.
Coleman, who most recently worked as vice president and associate general counsel at Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, was previously with Brunswick for five years, during which she was deputy general counsel and then later vice president and general counsel for Brunswick Bowling & Billiards. Prior to joining Brunswick in 2003, Coleman served at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood (now Sidley Austin LLP) in Chicago.
She assumed her new position on 20 May 2009 and reports directly to chairman and chief executive officer of Brunswick, Dunstan McCoy.
