Bradley Lerman moves to pharmaceutical corporation

Pharmaceutical corporation Pfizer has appointed Bradley Lerman as the senior vice president of litigation.
He will be responsible for leading the company's litigation team and will report to general counsel Amy Schulman.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Lerman served as a litigation partner at the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn LLP, where he focused on white-collar defence, product liability and securities litigation.
Lerman is a trial lawyer who has represented a variety of major companies including acting as lead counsel for McDonald's Corporation in the recent wave of obesity litigation, as well as representing Phillip Morris USA in smoking and health-care litigation.
