Barbara Bishop joins Pali Holdings

Securities and investment bank firm Pali Holdings has hired Barbara Bishop as its new general counsel.
Bishop has been practising law for 32 years, 23 of which was spent at Bear Stearns, where she was senior managing director in the legal and compliance department handling transactional, contractual and advisory work on a global basis. She is also experienced in litigation, arbitration and regulatory work.
She will be based in the firm's New York headquarters and will report to chairman and chief executive officer, Brad Reifler, and Joseph Schenk, who is the chief operating officer.
