US based firms Arnold & Porter LLP and Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin PC have agreed to merge in the New Year.
As a result, Arnold & Porter LLP will have more than 800 lawyers in the US and Europe offering clients a wider range of services in the antitrust, banking, healthcare, environmental and intellectual property fields.

Founded in 1946, Arnold & Porter has nine offices in the US and Europe with more than 700 lawyers specialising in more than 25 areas.
