Bruce Sewell has been named the new general counsel and senior vice president of Apple Corporation based in Cupertino, California.
Sewell was formerly the senior vice president and general counsel of Intel Corporation where he was responsible for leading its legal, corporate affairs and corporate social responsibility programmes. He also managed the company’s litigation portfolio, and handled corporate transactions including M&A. His legal experience includes advising companies on antitrust compliance, licensing and intellectual property.
