Lars Johansson has joined Stockholm-based boutique Nord & Co.
The former head of the competition practice at Roschier will assist in building the boutique’s competition department, which currently has three lawyers working on antitrust matters.
Johansson is experienced in industries such as information and communication technology, media and entertainment, intellectual property, and dispute resolution as well as marketing and consumer law.
In recent deals, he has represented retailer Top-Toy on its acquisition of a distributor, and Nordic media company Bonnier on the purchase of a pocketbook distributor.
Commenting on Johansson’s move, Christian Wik head of Roschier’s EU competition practice in Helsinki said: “I have valued working with Lars both as a colleague and a friend. His capabilities as a competition lawyer and his pragmatic style are highly commendable.”
Johansson features in The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers & Economists.
