Carla Schoonderbeek has joined the life sciences department at Hogan Lovells with five associates, all from NautaDutilh.
The team will be based in the Amsterdam office.
Schoonderbeek, previously the head of the life sciences group at NautaDutilh, has experience in all areas of law relating to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.
She also has extensive experience within mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry as well as litigation and regulatory experience in respect to EU marketing authorisation procedures on a national level.
