BLP launches Russian office with the hire of M&A specialist

Former partner and co-founder of the firm Pepeliaev Goltsblat and Partners Andrey Goltsblat has left the firm to join forces with Berwin Leighton & Paisner LLP, forming its first Russian office entitled Goltsblat BLP.
With nine partners and over 60 associates, the new office will focus on serving clients in the areas of corporate, M&A, real estate, litigation, employment law, intellectual property and trade and customs.
Goltsblat concentrates primarily on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures and real estate. He appears in The International Who's Who of Merger and Acquisition Lawyers.
