Alexandre's practice focuses on international commercial arbitration. He has acted as counsel or arbitrator and advised parties in over 40 commercial disputes submitted to arbitration in various industries and sectors, including construction and engineering, energy (including oil and gas and wind), mergers and acquisitions, commodities trading, and pharmaceutical and healthcare, under institutional rules or ad hoc rules and various applicable laws.
Alexandre has represented parties before the Swiss Supreme Court in proceedings related to challenges of arbitral awards.
