Alexander Zojer is an attorney with zeiler.partners. His practice covers international commercial and investment arbitration and litigation. Alexander has been involved in proceedings under the rules of the ICC, VIAC, SCC, ICSID and in ad hoc proceedings. He has a strong focus on matters of intellectual property and advises clients in competition law disputes.
Alexander is a graduate of the University of Vienna, where he studied law and theatre studies and spent a term abroad studying public international law at the University of Iceland.
Alexander organises and moderates the annual Conference on Intellectual Property Disputes (IPDC Vienna) and regularly publishes in the fields of dispute resolution and IP. Alexander currently teaches Austrian civil law at the University of Applied Science Vienna. He is an active member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), the International Organization of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Austrian Association for Intellectual Property (ÖV).
